James Kelly, son of Benjamin and Amelia (Carrico) Kelly, appears on the 1870 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri. That census shows three year old James was born in Missouri.

He also appears on the 1880 Federal Census in Prairie, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 14, supervisor's district 3, page 18), living with his parents. That census shows 12 year-old James "Kell" and his parents were born in Missouri.

James also appears on the 1900 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri, (enumeration district 5, sheet 5B). That census shows 33 year-old James was born in November 1867 in Missouri. He reported that he had been married for 13 years and this parents were born in Missouri.

He appears on the 1910 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Lincoln County Missouri as a 43 year old farmer. He also appears on the 1920 Federal Census, still living in Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 99, supervisor's district 9, sheet 5B). That census shows he was 53 years old and born in Missouri, as were his parents. He reported that he was a farmer in 1920.

James also appears on the 1930 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 57-8, supervisor's district 7). That census shows 63 year-old James Kelley, a farmer, and his parents were born in Missouri and that he married at age 20.

James is buried in Central Grove Church Methodist Cemetery, Warren County, Missouri.

     Caroline (aka "Callie") Kelly, daughter of Benjamin and Amelia (Carrico) Kelly, appears on the 1870 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri. That census shows five year old Caroline was born in Missouri.
She also appears on the 1920 Federal Census in Bedford, Lincoln County, Missouri. She was 55 at the time the census was taken, and living with her husband, Jordan Mcgarvac Witt. That census shows her mother, Amelia, a widow, was also living with her.

John Felix Kelly, son of Benjamin and Parmelia Ann (Carrico) Kelly, appears on the 1870 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri. That census shows two year-old John was born in Missouri.

He appears on the 1880 Federal Census in Prairie, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 14, supervisor's district 3, page 18), living with his parents. That census shows eleven year-old John "Kell" and his parents were born in Missouri.

He first married Jennie Hamilton. There was one child born to their union, Evert A. Kelly. Following the death of Jennie the day after the birth of their son, John married Mamie Belle Hinks, daughter of James and Sarah (McCulloch) Hinks, in Warren County, Missouri in 1890. T

John appears on the 1900 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri, (enumeration district 5, sheet 5B). That census shows 31 year-old John F. Kelley was born in July 1867 in Missouri and that he had been married ten years.

John's third marriage, to Flora Etta Potter, daughter of John Allen and Nancy Jane Delilah (Christy) Potter, resulted in five children.

He appears on the 1910 Federal Census in Galveston County, Texas (enumeration district 57, sheet 9B). That census shows 41 year-old John Kelly, a carpenter born in Missouri, had been married twice.

John Felix Kelly was a carpenter and painter.

He passed away of tuberculosis. His obituary appeared in the August 8, 1921 edition of the Modern Light, Columbus, Cherokee County, Kansas. It also appeared in the August 21, 1921 edition of the Columbus Daily Advocate of the same city. He is buried in the Quaker Valley Cemetery in Cherokee County, Kansas.

Thomas Walter Kelly, son of Benjamin and Parmelia Ann (Carrico) Kelly, appears on the 1880 Federal Census in Prairie, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 14, supervisor's district 3, page 18), living with his parents. That census shows eight year old Thomas "Kell" and his parents were born in Missouri.

He married Nannie J. Houdeshell, daughter of Isacc and Elizabeth (Martin) Houdeshell. They appear together on the 1900 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 55, sheet 4B). That census shows 28 year-old Thomas W. Kelley and his parents were born in Missouri. He reported that he had been married for eight years and that he was a farmer.

Thomas appears on the 1910 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Lincoln County, Missouri. That census shows he was a 38 year old farm laborer married 18 years.

His obituary appeared in The Troy Free Press, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri, September 7, 1951.

"---(illegible) were grieved to hear of the death of Tom Kelly, which occurred at his home Saturday night. Mr. Kelly had been in extremely poor health for a long while, and his death was not unexpected. He was a pioneer resident of this community, and will be missed by a large circle of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held in Warrenton at the Nieburg Funeral Home on Tuesday. We extend sympathy to the family."

A card of thanks appeared in The Troy Free Press, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri, September 14, 1951, (page 5): "CARD OF THANKS. I wish to thank every one for their visits, flowers, cards, the singers, ministers, Rev. Grace and Rev. Hoech, Nieburg Funeral directors, relatives and friends and every one who assisted in any way during the illness and death of my husband, Thomas W. Kelly. Nannie J. Kelly"

Thomas Walter Kelly is buried in the Troy City Cemetery, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri.

Virginia Kelly, daughter of Benjamin and Parmelia Ann (Carrico) Kelly, appears on the 1880 Federal Census in Prairie, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 14, supervisor's district 3, page 18), living with her parents. That census shows six year-old Virginia "Kell" and her parents were born in Missouri.

Her obituary appeared in the February 21, 1958 edition of The Troy Free Press (Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri)

"MRS. W. W. GILES DIES
Mrs. Virginia Kelley, widow of the late W. W. Giles, of Troy, died suddenly Saturday February 15, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. E. Aydelott of Troy. Mrs. Giles had been in failing health for some time but her death at this time was unexpected.

"Funeral services were held from Kemper-Marsh Funeral Home Monday afternoon, February 17 at 2:30 p.m. conducted by Rev. George Massay. Interment was made in Troy Cemetery.

"Mrs. Giles was born in Lincoln County on September 6, 1873, was 81 years, 5 months and 9 days of age at the time of her passing. She is survived by her daughter Mrs. Aydelott, of Troy, Mrs. W. S. Bragg, of Carbondate, Ill., Mrs. W. L. Douglas, Electra, Tex., and Mrs. Ed Thelen, now stationed in Burma, grandchildren and great grandchildren and other relatives."

Francis (Kelly) Jones, daughter of Benjamin and Amelia (Carrico) Kelly, appears on the 1880 Federal Census in Prairie, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 14, supervisor's district 3, page 18), living with her parents. That census shows two year-old Francis "Kell" and her parents were born in Missouri.

She also appears on the 1910 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Lincoln County, Missouri, She was 31 at the time of the census and living with husband, Joseph, and her daughter, Ruby. Her mother, Amelia, lived with them at 205 Kelly Lane.

According to Kenneth Weant's Index of Lincoln County, Missouri Deaths from the Troy Free Press, Troy, Missouri, Volume 3, Frances Jones died in St. Louis, Missouri December 25, 1915. She was the mother of Ruby and Clarence.

Charles Steven Eames, son of James and Catherine Eames, appears on the 1860 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri (Roll 629 Book 1, Page 583), living with his parents. That census shows six year-old "Chas" was born in Missouri and that his parents were born in England.

He also appears on the 1870 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri (Roll 788 Book 1, Page 162b), still living with his parents. That census shows 15 year-old Charles was born in Missouri and that his parents were born in England.

He appears on the 1900 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri, (enumeration district 5, sheet 5B), as head of the household. That census shows 44 year-old Charles was a farmer born in Missouri and that his parents were born in England.

He married Martha Jane Kelly, daughter of Benjamin and Parmelia Ann (Carrico) Kelly.

He appears on the 1930 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 8), living with his wife. That census shows 75 year-old C. S. Eames was born in Missouri and that his parents were born in England. He reported that he was 26 years-old when he first married.

He is buried in Troy City Cemetery, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri.

Della Mae Eames, daughter of Charles Steven and Martha Jane (Kelly) Eames, appears with her parents on the 1900 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri, (enumeration district 5, sheet 5B). That census shows eight year old Della was born in February 1892 in Missouri.

She married Allie Hall. There was one know child, a son, born to their union.

Della died, at the age of 103, in Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri. Her obituary appeared in (presumably) the Lincoln County Journal. she is buried in the Troy City Cemetery, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri.
