     Mamie Belle Hinks, daughter of James and Sarah (McCulloch) Hinks, appears on the 1880 Federal Census in Prairie, Lincoln County, Missouri, living with her parents. That census shows six year-old Maimie as Nama Hinkes and that she was born in Colorado. The census also shows that her father was born in England and her mother was born Missouri. She also appears on the 1900 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri, (enumeration district 5, sheet 5B). That census shows 26 year-old Belle M. Kelley was born in Colorado and that her father was born in England and her mother was born in Missouri. She reported that she had had three children, and all three were living in 1900.

     Flora Etta Potter, daughter of John Allen and Nancy Jane Delilah (Christy), appears on the 1880 Federal Census in Center, Hendricks County, Indiana (page 516B). That census shows three year-old Flora and her mother were born in Indiana and that her father was born in North Carolina.
She married John Felix Kelly, son of Benjamin and Parmelia Ann (Carrico) Kelly. Flora appears on the 1920 Federal Census in Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas (enumeration district 20) as head of household. She reported she was 43 years old and unemployed. That census shows she and her mother were born in Indiana and that her father was born in North Carolina.
Flora appears on the 1930 Federal Census in Columbus, Cherokee County, Kansas (enumeration district 5). That census shows widowed Flora and her mother were born Indiana and that her father was born in North Carolina. She appears on the 1910 Federal Census in Galveston County, Texas (enumeration district 57, sheet 9B), with her husband, John. That census shows 33 year-old Flora had been married once and that she was born in Indiana (as were her parents).

Flora appears on the 1920 Federal Census in Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas (enumeration district 20) as head of household. She reported she was 43 years old and unemployed. That census shows she and her mother were born in Indiana and that her father was born in North Carolina.

She appears on the 1930 Federal Census in Columbus, Cherokee County, Kansas (enumeration district 5). That census shows widowed Flora and her mother were born Indiana and that her father was born in North Carolina. The census erroneously shows she was 23 years old, but that she was 29 years old when she first married.

Her obituary appeared in the November 7, 1957 edition of the Columbus Daily Advocate, Columbus, Cherokee County, Kansas. She is buried in Quaker Valley Cemetery, Cherokee County, Kansas.

Her obituary appeared in the December 31, 1990 edition of the Bartlesville Examiner-Enterprise, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma. She is buried in Hosey Hill Cemetery near Columbus, Cherokee County, Kansas.

     Doris Ellen Kelly, daughter of John Felix and Flora Etta (Potter) Kelly, was born in League City, Texas and lived there until she was six years old. She moved with her family to Riverton, Cherokee County, Kansas and then to Galena, Cherokee County, Kansas and ultimately to Columbus, Cherokee County, Kansas. Doris attended school through the 11th grade.

She was a busy mother with all her children and grandchildren, and was a wonderful loving Christian mother. Education was important to her for all her children, resulting in five of her six living children obtained college educations and became teachers.

Nannie J. Houdeshell, daughter of Isacc and Elizabeth (Martin) Houdeshell, married Thomas Walter Kelly, son of Benjamin and Parmelia Ann (Carrico) Kelly. She appears on the 1900 Federal Census in Prairie Township, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 55, sheet 4B), living her husband. That census shows 29 year-old Nannie J. Kelley and her parents were born in Missouri, that she had been married for eight years, and that she had had one child.

She also appears on the 1910 Federal Census in Hawk Point, Lincoln County, Missouri. That census shows that she was 39 years old at the time of the census and that she and her parents were born in Missouri.

Nannie is buried in the Troy City Cemetery, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri.

Imogene Giles, daughter of William Wright and Virginia (Kelly) Giles, married Warren E. Aydelott son of Thomas and Elisabeth Aydelott. She appears with her husband on the 1920 Federal Census in Bedford, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 95, sheet 12A). That census shows 24 year-old Imogene and her parents were born in Missouri.

She appears on the 1930 Federal Census living with her husband and children in Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri (enumeration district 57-1, sheet 12B). That census shows 33 year-old Imogene and her parents were born in Missouri.

There was one daughter, Marjorie, and one son, William Thomas, born to their union.

Her obituary appeared in the (presumably) Lincoln County Journal. She is buried in the Troy City Cemetery, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri.

Irene Giles, daughter of William Wright and Virginia (Kelly) Giles, married William S. Bragg. There was one son and one daughter born to their union.

Her obituary appeared in the (presumably) Lincoln County Journal. She was cremated and buried in Pleasant Grove Memorial Cemetery, Carbondale, Illinois.

Effie Giles, daughter of William Wright and Virginia (Kelly) Giles, graduated from the University of Missouri at Columbia. She taught business administration in Electra High School, Electra, Texas.

She married Wendell L. Douglas. There were two known daughters born to their union.

Her obituary appeared in The Troy Free Press, Troy, Lincoln County, Missouri, September 19, 1958. She is buried in Electra Memorial Park, Electra, Texas.
