Kennett Don Marshall, son of Richard Eugene and Tallulah Corrina (Williams) Marshall, is mentioned in the book "Fairland Remembered 1889-1989:"

"Kennett is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and for the past three years has taught high school English and been assistant football coach at Hugo, Oklahoma."

After their marriage in 1890, they went immediately to Vernon Dunham's home near Nixa, Missouri; and lived at that same place until their death. They had seven sons and two daughters.
